This training course breaks away from the traditional model, inviting professional vocational skills teachers from Guangxi Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College to conduct training in enterprises, bringing the training courses "into" enterprises and "delivering" teaching to workshops, allowing enterprise employees to participate in learning and training in the most convenient way. The training course adopts a "theory + practice" teaching method, enriching teaching forms and content, improving the pertinence and practicality of training, and strictly following the teaching plan, teaching materials, and stipulated duration to conduct teaching, comprehensively helping employees master theoretical and practical knowledge. After passing the examination, enterprise employees can obtain national vocational qualification certificates and special occupation work permits, improving the skill level of enterprise employees through training, helping them enhance their "specialized skills," and ensuring the safety of enterprise production.
