In order to do a good job in the transfer and acceptance of social affairs management functions of the municipal development zone, on the morning of July 5, District Party Secretary Shi Xiaosong and District Party Deputy Secretary and District Mayor Peng Jijun led a team to visit Luorong Town for investigation. The research team successively went to Xia Jintian Village in Lianfeng Village, Luorong Town, Liuzhou Jiuri Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., and Luorong People's Square to conduct research and guidance on rural revitalization, enterprise development, and the creation of a civilized city. They listened to a report on the town's socio-economic work and held talks with town cadres, with relevant departments providing corresponding answers.

We must establish the idea of "one chessboard" for the entire district, unify our thinking, enhance cohesion, take the reform of the management system and institutions of the Liuzhou city-administered development zone as an opportunity, actively and proactively integrate into the overall development of Yufeng District; we must focus on industrial advantages, make full use of industrial resources, strengthen factor support, inject new impetus into industrial development, and work together to promote high-quality economic and social development; we must rely on party building leadership, expand development potential, and contribute to the creation of a demonstration county for rural revitalization; we must uphold the concept of "one family", with various departments communicating and coordinating in a timely manner, focusing on solving the urgent, difficult, and worrying problems of the masses, comprehensively improving the level of modernization of grassroots governance, and continuously improving the sense of gain and happiness of the masses.
